Reducing Environmental and Health Risks in Construction Projects Through Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment

This study looks into the implementation of HIRARC approach in five Indonesian construction companies order to reduce risks workers' health and environment. Companies face increased pressure maintain productivity as technology manufacturing advance, which often results a higher likelihood worker injuries if they are not compliance with OSHA regulations. To assess effectiveness technique, examines companies' occupational safety, hazard identification, risk assessment, control practices. Accidents continue occur despite approach, indicating need for further development. As result, recommends that management workers receive training certification accidents protect Implementing identification assessment methodologies can also assist firms reducing environmental public risks, thereby promoting sustainable Overall, these findings emphasize significance implementing effective safety practices create safer healthier workplace.
